Class Descriptions


The tools you will use is always a guess, but in this workout you are sure of one thing: TABATA! It is a "give it all you've got" workout! Class format is built around intervals of 20 seconds of activity followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tabatas can range in duration and include one or several exercises. GREAT for all levels.


This fun and highly functional bootcamp is a dynamic way for adults 18 and over to burn calories and build muscle. The emphasis of this class is on using your own body weight and minimal weights to achieve a balanced cardio and muscle-building workout...while having a blast and meeting new friends. Do not complain if the work is too hard. Instead adjust your ambition according to your level of ability.


These classes are designed to help you establish a yoga foundation, learn the basics of the poses, and guide you in finding strength, stability, and balance on and off the mat. Classes will begin with a few moments of centering before moving into a yoga sequence designed to provide a guided journey and physical evolution of the practice. Each class will end with a few moments of rest to help you transition back into the world peacefully.


This high-intensity interval training workout sculpts your body and burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before. Your trainer will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you'll deliver jab, cross, hook and uppercut combinations, working your entire body on our 100-pound heavy bags.
